Welcome to South Africa! Today is a transit day, and after a long flight, you're probably looking forward to a nice meal and some relaxation. On arrival, you will be transferred to your handpicked accommodations in Cape Town, home to a compelling mix of trendy modern and old-world elegance.

Today you will journey to the top of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Table Mountain, by cable car, and let incredible panoramas wow your soul. A short hike later, having left the crowds behind, you’ll peer down at the fascinating city and magnificent stretches of the ocean below. Next, you’ll wander the inner city, soaking up the magical vibe of Cape Town, through a combination of tales of the past juxtaposed with modern day culture. Focusing on food, design, politics, and the arts, you’ll be guided through brightly colored 17th-century houses, artistic centers of the city, and historical sites, which stood as the backdrop for memorable icons who changed the world.

Your day begins at Kalk Bay, best known for its working fishing harbor and bohemian feel. Next, head over to Simon’s Town to find out more about the rich history surrounding this naval town.
